TWO SIMPLE STEPS TO GET YOUR REPAIR or SERVICE SCHEDULED.

Step 1. Pack your item for transit and come on in. Hours: We are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and on Saturday by prior arrangement. Parking is right at the front door and there is always someone to help with heavy/bulky items.

Step 2. Pay your deductible fee based on the type of equipment you have for repair. Our fees are listed below. Please ask if you are unsure which fee applies to your particular product.

This fee allows your service/repair to be scheduled with our technician. This covers fault finding, time and parts and allows us to provide an accurate quote if required before repair. If the unit cannot be repaired for any reason or you choose not to go ahead with the repair the quote fee is retained by HiFi and Stereo to cover those labour and parts costs.

$295 QUOTE FEE; Cassette players/tape decks.

$395 QUOTE FEE: All High End Brands such as Krell, T+A, DCS, Linn, Meridian, Naim, and Some high end products from lower to middle end brands such as Cambridge Audio etc. Open Reel Tape Machines. NOTE – OPEN REEL TAPE MACHINES – EXTENDED LEADTIMES APPLY. Please contact us to discuss timeframes for Open Reel Machines.

$395 QUOTE FEE – Any item started by someone else that you would like us to finish no matter the product or brand

$395 QUOTE FEE – Rack system/Stereo system (or seperate component system) – Any system with individually powered components of the same brand designed to be racked together as a complete stereo system.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT PICK UP – We will contact you when your repair is ready for collection. We reserve the right to recycle your equipment without further notice if it has not been collected within 6 MONTHS of us contacting you.
