2 STEPS TO SCHEDULE YOUR REPAIR OR SERVICE
Step 1 Pack your item for transit and come on in. We are open 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and on Saturday by appointment. Parking is right at the front door and there is always someone to help with heavy/bulky items.
Step 2 Pay your deductible fee based on the type of equipment you have for repair. Our fees are listed below. Please ask if you are unsure which fee applies to your particular product.
This fee allows your service/repair to be scheduled with our technician. This covers fault finding, time and allows us to provide an accurate quote if required before repair. If the unit cannot be repaired for any reason or you choose not to go ahead with the repair the quote fee is retained by HiFi and Stereo to cover those costs.

Cash & EFTPOS on drop off and pick up. Direct Deposit not available for payment of quote fee. Direct deposit may be available for final payments by prior arrangement.

These products will be quoted individually and time frames may be extended. Freighted equipment of any kind. Freighted equipment is NEVER accepted unless in original box and packaging and discussed/booked with us before shipping.
PRODUCTS WE CANNOT OFFER REPAIR OR SERVICE ON: Televisions. Soundbars. All-in-one Micro, Mini or Midi Systems. Portables, Blu Ray or DVD Players. Musical instruments. Instrument amplifiers. PA gear or any commercial/professional audio gear. Car stereo/auto electronics.
REPAIR GUARANTEE – Repair guarantee is offered on most products for a period of three months. Guarantee is on the work we do only and does not guarantee against future faults, particularly in very old/vintage items, if you have requested a part repair only or at our discretion.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT PICK UP – We will contact you when your repair is ready for collection. We reserve the right to recycle your equipment without further notice if it has not been collected within 6 MONTHS of us contacting you.
