I was recommended to contact them by the good guys at "Totally Technical". It was a delight to engage with Andrew and Sharon from start to finish. It initially appeared to be a straight swap of tweeters for my vintage AR4x. As … More you can imagine its never straight forward with such old speakers from the late 60s. Andrew explained to me the job at hand and the risks associated with it, which could mean unexpected delays. However the manner of their communication and efficiency in managing the workload involved to have my speaker up and running before Christmas was beyond what I could have expected. I am chuffed to bits as I am finally able to plug it back and spin my favourite records during the holidays. Thank you Santa. I mean Andrew and Sharon. Such genuine care and customer service is extremely rare and I will recommend them 100%. I feel lucky to be in Brisbane knowing such businesses are in my city.

Huge thanks to Andrew for bringing my Dad's 1973 Sansui turntable back to its glorious self after a bad trip with a moving company. Fixed suspensions springs that had been pulled loose, re-balanced the tone arm perfectly, found the … More perfect modern stylus, and did a general spring clean. It was an extra bonus to have someone appreciate the old school style of the machine that played the first stereo sound I ever lay on the floor of the loungeroom to listen to at full blast.
