Happy to provide quotations prior to repair. Please note if you decline our quotation the minimum quote fee is $395+gst which will be invoiced and due prior to or on pick up. Note: quote fee may be higher than the standard $395 + gst depending on how many pieces are being quoted on and the extent of the fault finding required.
EQUIPMENT NOT PICKED UP/OR WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCES after 6 months from invoice will be recycled without further notice.
It is a Ridgid condition of service that the equipment be cleaned before bringing it in for repair/service. This helps us keep our workspaces clean and hygienic for working on your delicate electronics. 🙂
