3 STEPS TO SCHEDULE YOUR REPAIR OR SERVICE

Step 1 Check bottom of page under Contact Us Before Dropping In and We do not repair the following to ensure we work on the components you have.

Step 2 Pack your item for transit including remove platters from turntables! We are open 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Parking is right at the front door and there is always someone to help with heavy/bulky items.

Step 3 Pay your deductible fee based on the type of equipment you have for repair. A guideline of the fees are below. Use the contact form if you have questions.

This fee allows your service/repair to be scheduled with our technician. This covers fault finding, time and allows us to provide an accurate quote if required before repair. If the unit cannot be repaired for any reason or you choose not to go ahead with the repair the quote fee is retained by HiFi and Stereo to cover those costs.

Open reel tape machines. Tape Decks/cassette players. Bose systems of any kind. VCRs. These products will be quoted individually and time frames may be extended. Freighted equipment of any kind. Freighted equipment is NEVER accepted unless discussed/booked with us before shipping.

REPAIR GUARANTEE – Repair guarantee is offered on most products for a period of three months. Guarantee is on the specific repair only and does not guarantee against future faults, particularly in vintage items, if you have declined a full repair or at our discretion.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT PICK UP – We will contact you when your repair is ready for collection. We reserve the right to recycle your equipment without further notice if it has not been collected within 6 MONTHS of us contacting you– whether paid or owing.
